A high level trade mission is lead by the Dubai Department of Economic Development to South America under the guidance of Director General of DED, His Excellency Mr Sami Dhaen Al Qamzi. This is in order to strengthen the mutual trade and thereby, emphasize on the investment prospects within the emirate of Dubai. This campaign would last for a week which will cover three of South America’s fastest growing economies that are Chile, Brazil and Argentina. In recent years these countries have steadily improved the trade relations with UAE.
This proposal will enable investors and entrepreneurs to explore the opportunities for business expansion and partnerships from the fast growing markets in South America. In order to reach out wider markets in South Asia, North America and Middle East etc, for South American businesses, the emirate proves to be the gateway as Dubai has already marked its position as the growth podium for entrepreneurs from all across the world.
Both the agencies of the DED that is the foreign investment office and Dubai Export Development Corporation’s Chief executive officers are a part of this mission facilitating a synopsis of the investment and trade requirements and necessities in Dubai to the South American investors. Moreover, the agencies are also there in order to facilitate networking. There are senior officials from Dubai World Centre, Dubai Airport Freezone, Jebel Ali Freezone, Emirates NBD, Economic Zones World and Emirates Airlines are also involved in this trade mission, making them familiar with the business opportunities and the real estate investment in Dubai.
This complete mission includes presentations by Dubai delegates followed by site tours and all and it will spend two days each in Argentina, Chile and Brazil.
